So... The download doesn't contain the transparent PNG's though? Not much good for use on a Rocket Dock.

Will do, and also - if you could just check my gallery... I sorta used the coffee cup in my own little way... I credited you, but i would love for you to look at it and approve. Of course, if you don't - I can remove the image from my design.

GIMP certainly can save images as .ico files (I have used it - works great). Make sure you merge the layers before export though.

Yes indeed. It will save each layer as the separate sizes :-)
Once you try it, it makes sense.
